About Me

Supporting women through midlife transitions

It takes courage to admit that while your life may look good on the outside, something inside feels off. Not that you dislike your life. Just that a quieter part of you keeps asking whether this is really it. And the fact that you can’t quite explain it to anyone else makes it lonelier than it should be.

My work is rooted in the understanding that meaningful change isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about figuring out which parts of your life you actually chose and which ones you just assumed were non-negotiable, or never thought to question. Most women I work with aren’t struggling because something is wrong with them. They’re struggling because they’ve been running on a version of life they never consciously chose.

Through my own experience of being supported by coaches and counsellors, I learned that lasting change comes from understanding your emotional experience rather than pushing it aside. Not rejecting parts of yourself, but looking at them honestly and deciding what you want to keep and what you’re ready to put down. That process isn’t always comfortable. But it’s a lot less exhausting than carrying everything you’ve always carried and wondering why nothing shifts.

“The problem usually isn’t what you’re doing. It’s what you’ve been carrying without ever being told you could question it.”

That understanding became clear when I first became self-employed and found myself unable to take action, despite knowing exactly what needed to be done. What looked like procrastination was actually about safety and self-protection, shaped by old beliefs, feelings I hadn’t acknowledged, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode. With the right support, I learned that progress wasn’t about trying harder. It was about working with myself rather than against myself. That shift created real momentum and far less slipping back.

I support women to create change by working with the mind, the body and daily life. We look at the thoughts and beliefs that are quietly running the show, find ways to support your body and nervous system, and make practical changes that actually fit your real life. Much of my work supports women through midlife transitions, often during perimenopause or menopause, when what used to work simply doesn’t anymore.

I am a qualified therapeutic coach and massage therapist. If you are tired of feeling like you are getting it wrong and ready to do something about it, you are in the right place.
