Most women who find me aren’t in crisis. They’re just tired of feeling like they’re getting it wrong. Tired of trying things that work for a while and then don’t. Tired of being the last thing on their own list.

My programmes combine therapeutic coaching, massage and practical support to help women in midlife and menopause figure out which parts of their life they actually chose. We work with the mind, the body and daily life at the same time, because that’s where lasting change actually comes from.

Mind – Question what you’ve assumed

Start noticing the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that are running the show. Not to judge them. Just to see whether they’re actually yours.

Body – Listen to what it’s already telling you

Your body knows when something’s off before your brain catches up. Learning to work with it rather than push through it changes everything.

Everyday Life – Make room for what actually fits

Small practical shifts that work around your real life, not an idealised version of it.

Something Shifts - 8 weeks

Eight weeks is enough time for something real to shift. We look at the thoughts and beliefs that are quietly running the show, give your body and nervous system some proper attention, and make practical changes that actually fit your real life. Women leave this programme thinking differently about at least one thing they’d always assumed was just how things are.

Something Clears - 12 weeks

Twelve weeks gives us more time and more room. We go further into the patterns that have been keeping you stuck and get clearer on what you actually want, not what you think you should want. Women leave this programme with a clearer sense of themselves and more confidence in their own decisions.

Something Begins - 6 months

Six months gives us the space to get to the root of things. The beliefs, patterns and habits that have been running quietly in the background for years. Women who complete this programme don’t just feel different. They move through their life differently.

Reflect - Coaching only

Reflect follows the same structure as the programmes above. The same depth of coaching, the same focus on mind and everyday life, but without the in person massage sessions. Available in 12 week and 6 month formats.

Before I started working with Steph I was struggling with poor sleep, a low mood, regular headaches and a lack of get up and go. I tried hard to avoid my kids seeing me when I was tearful, anxious and grumpy, but this wasn’t always possible. I was reluctant to see my GP about my anxiety and other perimenopausal symptoms as I didn’t want to be put on medication. But I got to the point where I wasn’t sure how much longer I could continue feeling this way.

The programme with Steph came at the perfect time for me, as it gave me an option to explore things holistically.

After working with Steph I feel much better informed and aware of what is going on within my body during perimenopause. As well as understanding the impact of introducing small, powerful changes, on a gradual basis. I feel more enthusiastic about my life and both myself and my family have noticed how much happier I am.
